Service Agreement

By hiring MasVeg Services for painting, cleaning, or handyman services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided subject to the terms outlined in your service estimate and this agreement.

Service Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided for all services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery. Any significant changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A 1.5% monthly service charge may be applied to overdue accounts
• For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee. Emergency services have different cancellation terms.

Service Guarantee

MasVeg Services stands behind our work. We guarantee our services for quality and workmanship. Any issues should be reported within 30 days of service completion for prompt resolution.

Liability and Insurance

MasVeg Services is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage from normal wear and tear.

Property Access and Safety

Customer must provide safe access to work areas and notify us of any hazardous conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or when proper access cannot be provided.

Materials and Supplies

Unless otherwise specified, MasVeg Services will provide all necessary materials and supplies. We use professional-grade products and materials suitable for Florida's climate conditions.
